A classic Mojito is mixed using white rum, cane sugar, spearmint, lime juice and soda water. Underseasoned mojitos can often taste like flavored soda, while those that are overly seasoned can taste like candy or limeade, which often feels overpowering to the palette. 

By using several varieties of spices, natural lime juice, pure cane sugar and our proprietary citrus flavors, We balanced out all of the flavors inherent in the classic Mojito. Our syrup offers a rich texture combined with a bright citrus and refreshing spearmint that creates an added depth and complexity to this cocktail.

Glass bottle, 12 fluid ounces (375 ml); makes 12 drinks.

Product Details

Pure cane sugar, lime juice, water, star anise, cloves, allspices, orange bitter, lemon bitter, spearmint bitter.

Preservative Ingredients: citric acid, sodium citrate, and malic acid.

Shake well before opening, as ingredients will settle over time. Keep refrigerated after opening.

Classic Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Mojito Cocktail Syrup
  • 2 oz (60 ml) white rum
  • 4 oz (118 ml) cold sparkling water

Directions:

  1. Combine the syrup and rum in a shaker with ice. Shake lightly until chilled.
  2. Top off with cold sparkling water (or club soda) and quickly stir.
  3. Strain into a glass over ice, garnish and serve.

 

Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Mojito Cocktail Syrup
  • 2 oz (60 ml) lime soda, or any citrus soda
  • 4 oz (118 ml) cold sparkling water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until chilled and strain into a glass over ice.
  3. Garnish and serve.
